Orange is a great source of vitamin C which is needed to make the protein collagen. Collagen keeps your skin looking youthful and supports strong ligaments and tendons. Oranges are also a good source of calcium which is needed to keep your bones and teeth strong. Calcium also assists with muscle contractions. Oranges have flavonoids that have anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties.
Flour offers a good source of B vitamins which are needed to make energy from the food you eat. Eggs and milk are complete protein sources which means they include all the amino acids or building blocks of a protein needed to make a complete protein. Eggs and milk are also good sources of fat-soluble vitamins A and D. Thanks to the fat in butter these fat-soluble vitamins can properly be absorbed. Eggs and milk also give your body vitamin B12 and choline which is needed for the health of your central nervous system. Also, iodine and selenium support your thyroid to work at its best.
